RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds/Exchanges:
Our handmade earrings are often made in small batches that are not repeated. We do not offer returns. If your jewelry arrives damaged from shipping please email gracedclayco@gmail.com to begin a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, that is within our 7 day window. Proof of damaged item(s) will also be required before refund or exchange can begin.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gracedclayco@gmail.com.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your exchange/refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these statement earrings heavy?
Polymer clay is an extremely light material, making even the biggest earrings in our shop still on average weighing less than a quarter (.2 oz). These earrings are almost weightless and you can easily wear them all day, and sometimes forget they are even there!!
I have sensitive ears, are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes! I am also in the sensitive ear category and our earrings are made with stainless steel findings. Sometimes they are gold plated as well!! Some metal parts of the earring are gold plated brass, but the parts that actual go in your ear are all stainless steel! Good for even the most sensitive lobes!
Can my earrings get wet?
While Polymer clay is a very sturdy material, it is best to keep these pieces from long term submersion! They will last longer and look better if they stay nice and dry!
What happens if my earrings get dirty?!
When life happens, and your kid gets dirt on your earrings, or a little makeup rubs on them there are a few cleaning options! A quick wipe down with warm and soapy water, a baby wipe or a cotton swap with a little rubbing alcohol will do the trick!!
